Easy Smooth Mortgage Refinance Transaction ! Ben was a pleasure to work with. He guided me through out my entire application process and was extremely diligent. He took the time to explain to me what I didn't understand and was not pushy about it. He made me feel comfortable and at ease which made my decision to refinance a smooth transaction. Hung In There When The Going Got Tough- I'm really grateful that I had Ben as a Loan Officer on my mom's refinance. The process was long due to circumstances beyond either of our control and it almost didn't happen but Ben found another lender and got the loan done.
